We also deliver individual items if you wish to test our products.

EUROPE*: by post within 1-2 weeks
Postage € 7.50
Free postage for all orders over € 85.00
Minimum order: 5 items (of your choice).

OTHER COUNTRIES: We deliver overseas. Please ask for the delivery conditions of your country.

Terms of delivery
These terms of delivery apply for all deliveries within Germany. Are you ordering from abroad? Then please contact us and ask for the terms of delivery for your country.
The prices are calculated according to the currently valid price list. All prices include value added tax at the current rate. Books are subject to the publisher’s fixed price agreements. Every delivery is insured by us for transport damage. Please inform us immediately of any transport damage or missing items. We require a certificate from the Deutsche Post for any transport damage. The seller reserves the right to vary the method of delivery and make partial deliveries. The seller shall not be liable for delivery failure due to reasons beyond his control (force majeure).

How to pay
The invoice amount is payable immediately after receipt of goods without a discount. Payment should be made by bank transfer, not by cheque.
For certain deliveries we reserve the right to request cash in advance. You will be informed if this applies to your delivery.

Complaints
In the case of justified complaints, we are obliged to deliver new goods immediately. Please contact us before you return the goods, also to discuss the postage costs. A subsequent delivery can only take place after the rejected goods have been received.

We cannot assume liability for defective goods as a result of improper storage.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within two weeks after receipt of the goods. You do not have to provide reasons for withdrawing your order which can be made in writing or by returning the goods. You are obliged to pay postage costs.

Default of payment                                                                                                   
In the case of default of payment, you are obliged to pay to us default interest of 5% above the European Central Bank base rate. The goods shall remain our property until the purchase price has been fully paid (§ 449 BGB).

Privacy policy
All personal information used for the purpose of invoicing or sending information is saved on our computer and treated confidentially. Your data shall not be passed onto third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. You can request that we delete your personal information at any time.

We do not accept any responsibility for the content of external links for which the owner is solely liable.

Place of jurisdiction and fulfilment for both parties is Königstein/Taunus.

The above terms and conditions are an integral part of every order. Changes to these terms and conditions shall only become effective when confirmed in writing by Dr. Metz.

If for any reason one or more of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
